Accessibility Statement

Fallback Labs is a platform for people starting companies, and that means all of them. We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of the product, not a checkbox at the end.

• Reduced motion, respected.The site is animation-rich, and every animation listens to your system's "reduce motion" setting. Turn it on and moving backgrounds, springs and reveals calm down to simple fades or disappear.
• Keyboard access. Buttons, links, inputs and steppers can be reached and operated from the keyboard.
• Screen reader announcements. The idea funnel announces its progress and results with live regions, so state changes are not silent.
• Real structure. Semantic headings, landmarks and labeled controls, so assistive tech can map the page instead of guessing.
• Legible by default. Dark ink on light surfaces, generous type sizes, and layouts that reflow when you zoom.
• Text alternatives. Meaningful images carry descriptions; purely decorative ones are hidden from screen readers so they do not add noise.

We would rather tell you than have you discover it:

• The glass and refraction effects are decorative and browser-dependent. On browsers that do not support them they fall back to a simple blur, and nothing functional is lost.
• Some sections, like the homepage hero, are heavily animated. The reduce-motion setting simplifies them, but we keep working on making the default calmer too.
• A few third-party pieces, like appointment scheduling embeds, come from outside providers and may not meet the same bar. Where we can choose, we choose providers that take accessibility seriously.

Our idea audit is a conversation in plain text, which works well with assistive technology. If any generated output, like the downloadable report image, does not work with your tools, email us and we will send you its full contents as plain text. No forms, no process, just ask.
