AI Social Media Manager

Don't hand your accounts to a bot. Own the system, or hire the humans.

Most AI social media management tools sell you autopilot. Ours is a one-time payment that installs into your Claude or Codex, and a person approves everything before it ships.

Why we invented a brain for social media.

ChatGPT can write you a week of posts in a minute. It will write them against whatever it knew about each platform when it was trained, and the platforms changed the rules since. That is the standing problem with AI for social media: drafting was never the hard part. Knowing what each network rewards this month is.

So we built the Social Media Brain. It installs into your Claude or Codex, one-time, and holds what each network currently rewards, dated and sourced per platform, alongside your own account and competitor notes. The research is updated every month, so the advice tracks this month's rules rather than a training cutoff.

The brain's own skills do the producing: posts written for each network, a calendar you can import, a profile audit, and a weekly read on where the gaps are. Each skill reads the brain before it acts and writes back what happened, so month two starts smarter than month one.

And nothing publishes itself. The market keeps asking whether social media AI can be trusted without oversight. We built ours so oversight is the point: the system drafts, plans and remembers, and a person approves what ships.

The brain and its skills.

There is no separate social team to hire. The Social Media Brain ships with its own skill family, one orchestrator and the sub-skills it routes, described here exactly as they are installed.

social-produce

Turn one piece of content into platform-native posts, schedule them, and pre-check whether a draft will rank: the production half of Social Media Hub.

social-research

Keep the Social Media Hub ranking knowledge current and trustworthy: emit per-platform research briefs, verify provenance and URL liveness, ingest verified research into the platform notes, import arbitrary source documents, and synthesize compiled-truth notes.

social-intel

Competitor and market intelligence for Social Media Hub: research tracked peers, fold their public signal into peer notes, surface rising trending topics, fuse everything into a strategy brief, and audit an account's profile metadata against current rules.

social-report

The reporting and review layer of Social Media Hub: one ordered cockpit over the whole brain, a full-coverage review with a lint gate, performance ingestion, the monthly freshness report, the branded report engine, the HTML brain report, and the SVG visuals.

01
social-hub

Operate Social Media Hub, an Obsidian brain holding current, dated, source-cited best practices to rank on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and Reddit.

02
social-build

Build the Social Media Hub brain from your own world, no login required.

Seven platforms are covered: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and Reddit. Skills can run on a schedule, autonomously, a weekly profile audit for instance, or your operator runs them by hand.

How the AI social media manager works.

Five steps. The same loop whether you run it or we do.

01

Capture

Your accounts, your content and your competitors, recorded in the brain before anything gets drafted.

02

Research

What each network currently rewards, dated and sourced per platform, refreshed every month and verified before it shapes a post.

03

Plan

Competitor signal and trending topics become a strategy brief, then a calendar you can import.

04

Produce

Posts written for each network, not one caption pasted seven times. Each draft is checked against the current rules, then a person approves it.

05

Review

A profile audit and a weekly read on where the gaps are, written back into the brain, so month two starts smarter than month one.

Nine brains. One memory.

The Social Media Brain is one of nine, and the nine share one memory of your business. What this one learns about your audience and your competitors sharpens the advice the other eight give.

Three of the nine work the Build side: Website, Gen AI and Cybersecurity, where your product and your systems get made.

What it costs

SEO first, priced in the open. The rest of the system comes with it.

Set it up once

$200 the Social Media Brain, one-time

The brain that manages your social media, installed into your Claude or Codex. Add any of the other brains later, $200 each. No monthly fee.

Run it with you

$1,250 a month, introductory

Renewing at $2,500 a month. You start at $1,250 a month, an introductory rate. Calendars, posts and audits are produced for you, with a person approving before anything ships. The rest of the system comes with it: all nine brains and their teams, operated with a person steering.

Who this is not for.

  • Anyone shopping for a bot that posts unsupervised. Ours drafts, plans and audits, and a person approves before anything ships. We built it that way on purpose.
  • Anyone shopping for guaranteed followers or guaranteed reach. Nobody honest can sell you either, and we will not pretend otherwise.
  • Brands that post twice a year. The loop compounds week over week, and if there is no cadence, there is nothing for the memory to sharpen.

Questions, answered

How much is an AI social media manager?

Two prices. The Social Media Brain is $200 one-time, and you run it yourself inside Claude or Codex. Managed starts at $1,250 a month introductory and renews at $2,500 a month, which covers all nine brains and their teams, operated with a person steering. Those are the only numbers we publish; if you have seen another one, it is not ours.

Is AI replacing social media managers?

No. It is replacing the mechanical part of the job: drafting variants and keeping the calendar full. The judgment part, what your brand should say and what it should never say, still needs a person. Our system is built on that boundary: the AI drafts and remembers, a human approves. When a vendor tells you the human is optional, ask who carries the risk when the bot posts something wrong.

Can it post to my accounts automatically?

No, and that is deliberate. The brain advises and remembers; it never touches your live accounts. The skills draft posts for each network and build a calendar you can import into whatever scheduler you already use. You approve and publish; on managed, a person on our side steers and nothing ships without approval. An AI social media manager that publishes unsupervised is a liability with a login.

The platforms change their rules constantly. How does an AI keep up?

By not relying on what a model remembers. The brain holds what each network currently rewards, dated and sourced per platform, and it is updated every month. Each note carries its date and its source, so when a platform changes a rule, the note changes and you can see when and why. Training data cannot do that. A maintained memory can.

ChatGPT can write me a week of posts in a minute. Why pay for this?

It can, and it will write them against whatever it knew about each platform when it was trained. The platforms changed the rules since. The posts read fine; whether they fit what each network rewards this month is the part you cannot check by eye. The brain fixes the input, not the typing: current platform rules, dated and sourced, plus your own account and competitor notes, so the same minute of drafting starts from this month's reality.

Do you guarantee followers or reach?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Reach on these platforms is decided by ranking systems that change without notice, and nobody outside those companies controls them. What we promise is that you see the same numbers we see. Decisions are recorded and dated in a brain you own, and the reports read straight from it. If something is not working, the record shows it.

Can I really run it myself?

Yes. The brain installs into your Claude or Codex, your operator gets trained, and you run the same system we use, at your own pace. It takes a person who will actually own it: an hour here and there is enough to steer, but someone has to steer, and someone has to approve what ships. If nobody on your team can, that is what the managed door is for.

Can I start with the $200 brain and switch to managed later?

Yes. It is the same brain either way, so nothing gets rebuilt when you switch. Everything it learned while you ran it, your account notes, your competitor record, what worked and what did not, comes with you into managed. The reverse holds too: leave managed and the brain stays yours, memory intact, because you own the vault.

I run a small business alone. Is this too much system for me?

No, it was built with you in mind. Social media management for small business usually fails on time, not on ideas: nobody has spare hours to study what seven networks reward. The brain holds that so you do not have to, and its skills produce the drafts, the calendar and the audits. What is left is the part only you can do, deciding what your business says in public.
