AI Marketing Agency

The brains and the teams

How it works

The Brain

the memory

It holds what you sell, who buys it, what you tried and what happened next. It reads before it acts and writes back after, so it knows more next month than it does today.

The Team

the hands

A crew of specialist agents for every function: one audits, one writes, one checks the rules. They read the brain before they act, and they are retrained as platforms change theirs. The ad audits alone run eleven agents.

Skills do. Brains remember. Six functions, each with both.

The Brains of Your Business

Install your company brains with 1 prompt in Claude Code or Codex.

Marketing Brain

Brain holds

Which page owns which keyword, where your own pages compete with each other, and a dated record of every decision and its rollback.

Team ships

A sourced 30, 60 and 90 day plan, the scored keyword workbook behind it, and the on-page work that follows.

"I could just ask Claude to be an SEO expert."

You can, and it will answer well in general. It will not know which of your pages already owns that keyword, so it will cheerfully brief you a page you published last year.

Meet Your Teams That Do the Work

Every brain has hands. Each team is a set of skills that reads its brain first, drives real tools, and leaves the decisions with you.

Fewer teams than brains, on purpose: one team reads many brains. Social Media and Sales run through their brains' own skills today, with the same approval gates.

Working together

Prompt it on your AI tools. Watch it work.

You ask for a plan or a task. The team answers from your data, does the work, and writes back what it learned, so month two starts ahead of month one.

Four situations, four pairs. Watch them below.

Pulls your live data

Month 1

Where do we start with SEO?

serp_organic_live_advancedlabs.ranked_keywords

Pulled your competitors and every keyword they rank for. Your best openings are in one workbook. Growth plan next: 30, 60, 90 days.

Month 2

It's been a month. What changed?

Can you just do this with ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex?

Partly, yes. We use all three every day, and you should too. But a tool that answers questions is not a system that runs your marketing, and the difference shows up in six places.

The information is not current, and it will not warn you.

An AI model learns from the internet up to a cut-off date, then stops. Marketing changes every month. So it hands you last week's advice with full confidence and no warning that it has gone stale. You find out when it does not work.

It forgets.

It has no idea what your last campaign was. Who you reached out to, what you offered, what the results were: all gone. Getting better means comparing your results against best practice, and it has neither.

It is inconsistent.

Ask the same question twice and you get two different answers. It does not save the last change you agreed on, and it has none of your data to ground its advice. Without those, every answer is a fresh guess that sounds sure of itself.

Expert is just the average.

Tell it to act as an expert and it does not become one. It gives you the average of everything ever written on the topic, and most of what is written about marketing was written to sell you something. The average of the internet is not expertise.

You own nothing.

Cancel a chat subscription and you walk away with chat history. Cancel here and the brain, everything it learned about your business, is yours to export and keep. Only the improving stops.

Nothing compounds.

Whatever you did last month is gone. The tool does not know what you ran, what it cost, or whether it worked, so every month starts from zero. A brain writes it all down, so month two starts ahead of month one.

None of this makes the tools bad. It makes them tools.

The start

How we actually start

Five passes, in order, because each one feeds the next. It is the same sequence we ran on ourselves before selling it to anyone.

  1. 01

    Company

What you do, what you sell, the words you use, the rules your copy has to follow.

  2. 02

    Product

Every offering, what it costs, and what it does not do.

  3. 03

    Market

Who else competes for the same buyer, where you can win at your size, and where you cannot.

  4. 04

    Audience

Who you want walking in the door, what they ask before they buy, and how they phrase it.

  5. 05

    Baseline

Where you stand today: how many of your pages Google lists, how often searchers see you, and whether AI names you when a buyer asks.

At the end you have a brain worth reading and a number to beat.

Measurement

How we measure whether AI recommends you

We run a fixed set of buyer questions through four AI engines, twice each, once with web search on and once with it off. Every brand named and every source cited gets logged. That is the whole method, and you get the raw answers rather than a score we made up.

With search on, you learn whether AI can find you. With search off, you learn whether it already knows you. The gap between those two answers tells us what to fix first.

Brands we have worked with

  • Bybit
  • Parfumery Dubai
  • Fawry
  • Simplex
  • AliPay

And here is where they say it depends.

Pricing

What it costs

Two ways in, both priced on this page. Of the nine pages currently ranking for this search, none publishes a number.

Set it up once

$200 per brain, one-time

Integration from $799 if we did not build your site. You run them, you own them, and there is no monthly fee.

Run it with you

$1,250 a month, introductory

Renewing at $2,500 a month. All nine brains, operated by us, with a person steering and reporting included.

Prices are in US dollars. The introductory rate renews at $2,500 a month, which we would rather say here than bury in a contract. Build costs are separate and live on the build page.

So who should not hire you?

Who should not hire us

  • If you need a long procurement process, layers of contracts and a security review, we are too small for you. Say so on the call and neither of us wastes the hour.
  • If you have no revenue yet, run the free idea validator instead. You do not need an agency.
  • If what you want is a dashboard that tracks AI mentions, buy one. Profound starts at $99 a month and does that better than a retainer would.
  • If the plan is to replace your team, this is the wrong shop. The system runs on its own where that is safe and stops where it is not.
  • If you want a guarantee that you will rank first in ChatGPT, nobody can sell you that honestly. The same question returns a different answer most of the time, which is why we measure instead of promise.

Still here? Then the free idea validator and the guide to ranking in ChatGPT are both free and do not need us at all.

You have heard this pitch before, with different words.

The offer

What is an AI marketing agency?

An AI marketing agency runs your marketing with software that already knows your business, instead of software you brief from scratch every time. Each function gets two things: a brain that remembers what happened, and a team of skills that does the work. A person stays in the loop wherever judgement is needed.

This exists now because your buyers stopped clicking. Nearly seven in ten Google searches ended without a click in early 2026, and the shortlist gets made inside an AI answer instead. Most companies have never checked whether they appear in one.

Before you book

The hard questions, answered straight

What does an AI marketing agency actually do?

It runs marketing functions with software that holds your business context, rather than briefing a tool from scratch each time. At Fallback Labs that means a brain per function that stores what happened, a team of skills that does the work, and a person steering. The work itself is familiar: content, social, email, ads, sales enablement and local presence.

How is this different from asking ChatGPT myself?

A chat session starts empty every time, cannot tell you when its information is out of date, and gives you a different playbook if you ask twice. A brain keeps your context and writes back after every job, so the second month starts where the first ended. Use both. They do different jobs.

How much does an AI marketing agency cost?

Ours is $200 per brain one-time if you run them yourself, plus integration from $799 when we did not build your site. Managed, it is $1,250 a month introductory, renewing at $2,500 a month with all nine brains included. Elsewhere in this category expect roughly $2,500 to $12,000 a month, though almost nobody publishes a figure.

Do I own the brains or rent them?

The structure is licensed to you and stays our property. The data inside it, and everything it learns about your business, is yours and exportable. If you stop paying, the brain keeps running and keeps what it learned. Only the improving stops.

How long before anything changes?

Indexing and technical fixes can land in weeks. Being named in AI answers is slower, because it depends on sources you do not control, such as third-party lists, communities and review platforms. Anyone promising a date is guessing.

Do you have to have built my website?

No. Integration into an existing site starts at $799 depending on what is already there. If we did build it, that step is already done.

Which AI engines do you track?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, each queried with web search on and off. We never blend them into one number, because the same question gets different answers on different engines and blending hides the thing you needed to see.

Can you guarantee I will show up in ChatGPT?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. The same prompt returns a different set of recommendations most of the time, and the sources these engines lean on are not ours to control. What we can do is make you easy to find, easy to quote, and present in the places these engines read, then measure it in the open.

Do I still need normal SEO?

Yes. AI engines usually find a page through ordinary search before they quote it, so a page that cannot be found cannot be quoted. Treat AI visibility as an addition to search work, not a replacement for it.

Who does the work, people or software?

Both, deliberately. Software handles the repeatable parts: research, drafting, monitoring, reporting. People handle judgement: positioning, priorities, what to say no to, and anything a client would want defended in a room.

What do you need from me to start?

Access to your site, your analytics and whatever you already have written down. The first five passes pull most of the context themselves, and the rest comes from one interview per stage.

Stop guessing whether AI names you.

We will run your first check on the call, and you keep the results either way.
