Email Marketing Agency

Don't hand anyone your send button. Own the system, or hire the experts.

Most email agencies ask for the keys to your list. Ours installs into your Claude or Codex, one-time, and you keep the send button.

Why we invented a brain and a team for email.

"Our CRM already sends the emails." We hear that a lot, and it is true. It sends them. It does not know who has asked you to stop, which address bounced last month, or which step of the sequence this person is on. That knowledge sits scattered across your ESP's settings and somebody's memory, and when that somebody leaves, your email programme starts over.

So we built both halves. The Email Marketing Brain plugs straight into your Claude or Codex, one-time, and holds every sequence's state, the suppression list, and an append-only log of each draft, skip and send. The Email Team reads the brain before it acts, ships the work, and writes back what happened, so month two starts smarter than month one.

The team ships campaigns and sequences scored before they send, with a hard gate that blocks anything missing the legal pieces. Then a person presses send. Not the agent, a person. Read that as a compliance feature, because it is one: nothing reaches your list without a human deciding it should, and the log records the decision.

The Email Team, skill by skill.

The team that drafts, scores and gates. Every description below is quoted from the installed skill manifest, not written for this page.

email-review

Pre-send email quality review and scoring across 5 dimensions (subject line, copy quality, technical/HTML, deliverability, compliance). Analyzes subject lines, body copy, HTML structure, spam triggers, and CAN-SPAM compliance. Scores 0-100 with detailed recommendations for improvement.

email-audit

Audits email domain deliverability setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records, blacklists, TLS) and generates health score (0-100) with prioritized fix list. Checks bulk sender compliance against Google/Yahoo/Microsoft 2024-2026 requirements. Provides DNS records to add/update.

email-sequence

Designs complete email automation sequences with timing, subject lines, copy, and conditional logic. Supports welcome series, nurture campaigns, re-engagement, abandoned cart, post-purchase, review requests, and custom sequences. Adapts sequence type, cadence, frameworks, and conditional branching to business context.

email-write

Compose high-converting emails using proven copy frameworks (PAS, AIDA, BAB, FAB, 4Ps). Generates subject line variants with scores, responsive HTML templates with dark mode support, plain-text fallback, and preheader recommendations. Optimized for cold outreach, newsletters, product launches, promotions, and transactional emails.

04
email-marketing-brain

The agent-facing surface for the Email Marketing Second Brain: a source-cited planning brain for strategy, lifecycle flows, retention, compliance planning, deliverability briefs, templates, and vertical overlays. Read-only knowledge; execution stays gated and opt-in.

The email skill orchestrates six specialised sub-skills and four subagents. They can run on a schedule, autonomously, a weekly deliverability audit for instance, or your operator runs them by hand.

How the email system runs.

Five steps, in order. Nothing gets drafted before the domain is audited, and nothing goes out unscored.

01

Baseline

Your domain audited before anything gets drafted: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, blacklists, TLS. Scored 0-100, with the fix list in priority order.

02

Plan

Segmentation, sequence priorities, KPI targets and a week-by-week rollout on a 90-day roadmap, matched to your business type.

03

Draft

Sequences written end to end: timing, subject line variants, conditional logic, responsive HTML with a plain-text fallback.

04

Gate

Every email scored 0-100 across subject line, copy, HTML, deliverability and compliance. The hard gate blocks anything missing the legal pieces.

05

Send

You press send. The brain logs each draft, skip and send, append-only, and updates each sequence's state, so month two starts smarter than month one.

Nine brains. One memory.

The Email Marketing Brain is one of nine, and the nine share one memory of your business. What email learns sharpens the rest, and what the rest learn sharpens email: the promise that landed, the segment that went quiet, the address that must never be mailed again.

Three of the nine work the Build side: Website, Gen AI and Cybersecurity, where your product and your systems get made.

What it costs

SEO first, priced in the open. The rest of the system comes with it.

Set it up once

$200 the Email Marketing Brain, one-time

The brain that runs your email, installed into your Claude or Codex. Add any of the other brains later, $200 each. No monthly fee.

Run it with you

$1,250 a month, introductory

Renewing at $2,500 a month. You start at $1,250 a month while the introductory price holds. Your sequences planned, drafted, scored and gated for you; you keep the send button. Includes all nine brains and their teams, operated with a person steering.

Who this is not for.

  • Anyone shopping for a guaranteed open rate or a guaranteed inbox. Nobody honest can sell you one, and we will not pretend otherwise.
  • Anyone who wants email sent with nobody watching. The system drafts, scores and gates; a person presses send. That is the design, not a missing feature.
  • Anyone warming up a purchased list. Permission is the whole system here: the suppression list and the hard gate exist to protect senders whose readers actually said yes.

Questions, answered

Our CRM already sends the emails. Why add this?

It does send them. What it does not know is who has asked you to stop, which address bounced last month, or which step of the sequence this person is on. That is the memory the brain holds: every sequence's state, the suppression list, and an append-only log of each draft, skip and send. Keep your CRM as the sender. The brain is the part that remembers.

Do you send on our behalf?

No. You send. The system drafts, scores and gates; a person on your side presses send. We built it that way on purpose. An agent that can publish to your list is an agent that can ruin your sender reputation in one bad afternoon. Keeping a human on the send button is cheap deliverability insurance, and it means every send has a name attached to it.

Won't running email through AI hurt our deliverability?

It is built to do the opposite. The team runs DNS and blocklist checks on your domain, generates two 0-100 scores, one for the domain's health and one for the email before it goes, and the hard gate blocks anything missing the legal pieces. A 20-email session cap means no run gets away from anyone. Nobody can promise inbox placement. What we can do is stop the known mistakes before you press send.

What is the suppression list and why should I care?

The suppression list is the record of who you must not email: the person who asked you to stop, the address that bounced last month. Your CRM knows how to send; the suppression list is the record of when not to. The brain holds it next to every sequence's state and the append-only log, and the team reads the brain before it acts. The list gets checked before anything is drafted, not remembered after something has gone wrong.

Does this make us GDPR compliant?

No software makes you compliant, and be wary of any that claims to. What this system does is mechanical. The hard gate blocks anything missing the legal pieces before it can send. Compliance is one of the five dimensions in the pre-send score. And the brain keeps an append-only log of each draft, skip and send, so you hold a record of what went out and what was held. Your lawyer sets the rules; the gate refuses to let an email skip them.

Do you guarantee open rates?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Open rates, click rates and inbox placement depend on your list, your offer and filters nobody controls. What we promise is that you see the same numbers we see: the score on every email before it goes, the audit of your domain, and the log of what was sent and what was held. If a number is bad, you will know before the send, not after.

What does it actually cost?

The prices are printed. The Email Marketing Brain is $200, one-time, and installs into your Claude or Codex. Managed is $1,250 a month at the introductory rate, renewing at $2,500 a month, and includes all nine brains and their teams, operated with a person steering. Those are the only numbers. If you are comparing agencies and one will not print a price, that tells you something about how the price gets set.

Can I really run it myself?

Yes. The brains install into Claude or Codex, your operator gets trained, and you run the same system we use, at your own pace. It takes a person who will actually own it: an hour here and there is enough to steer, but someone has to steer, and with email someone also has to press send. If nobody on your team can, that is what the managed door is for.

Can we start ourselves and switch to managed later?

Yes, in either direction. The brain is the same either way, so nothing gets rebuilt when you switch. Start at $200 and run it yourself; if it outgrows your operator, move to managed and we run it while you keep the send button. Leave managed and the brain stays yours, with every sequence's state and the full log intact. You are never buying your own memory back.
