AI Integration Services
Connect what you already pay for
AI integration services that connect the tools you already run, so the AI you pay for stops sitting in a tab and starts doing the work across your business.

The short version
AI integration means embedding intelligence into the systems you already run, your CRM, your inbox, your spreadsheets, your scheduler, rather than standing up one more tool beside them. The model is not the hard part any more. The wiring is: reading the data where it lives, writing back where it belongs, and deciding what should talk to what.
Most businesses that ask us for this already own the AI. There is a ChatGPT seat somewhere, a Copilot licence nobody wired in, a vendor feature switched on and forgotten. It does nothing because it is not connected to anything. The value here is not a new brain, it is the plumbing that lets the one you bought act on your real systems.
When it is the right call, the honest benchmark helps: a basic AI-to-system integration in this market runs from a few thousand into the tens of thousands, and our build tier starts at $2,500 near the bottom of that. When it is not the right call, we say so: if the system you want to connect is too old or too closed to build on, this becomes a rebuild, and that is the custom AI development page, not this one.
What we connect
Not a new place for your team to log in. The same systems they already live in, made to act.
The AI you already pay for
The ChatGPT seat, the Copilot licence, the vendor feature you switched on and forgot. We wire it into your real systems so it stops being a tab nobody opens and starts doing the work you are already paying for.
Your CRM
Leads read, notes written, follow-ups drafted and logged, in the CRM your team already uses. Nothing gets exported to somewhere new; the intelligence meets the data where it lives.
Your inbox
Triage, draft, route and file, against your real threads and your real contacts. The AI works the inbox the way a good assistant would, without a second app to check.
Your spreadsheets
The sheets your business actually runs on, read and updated in place. The reconciliations and lookups your team does by hand become something that happens on its own.
Your scheduling and tools
Calendars, booking, the schedulers and trackers your operation depends on. If a tool has an API, it is reachable, and we connect the ones that actually move your week.
How it works
Nothing new to run. We work inside the systems you already own.
We open your systems
Before anything connects, we look at what is actually in your CRM, what shape the data is in, and what each tool's API will and will not allow. This is usually the honest part nobody enjoys: the mess is real, and finding it now is far cheaper than finding it live.
We wire the one thing that pays
Not a big-bang integration that touches everything at once. The single connection that returns something on its own, built first, so you get value before you get complexity. The rest goes on a list for after it works.
Read-only first
It reads before it writes. The integration shadows your systems, showing what it would change instead of changing it, until you have watched it be right on your own data. Nothing writes into a live system on trust.
It stays alive when the vendor moves
APIs change, and a wired-up system that nobody maintains quietly breaks. We keep the connections working as your tools update, and when a vendor changes something under you, fixing it is our job, not your team's Monday.
Everything we add can be removed
An integration should make your systems smarter without making them dependent on us. So we add connections, not a new platform you have to keep. Every webhook, every field, every service account we create is documented, and if you ever want us gone, we hand you the list of exactly what to switch off.
That is the opposite of lock-in, and we say it plainly because it is the thing an integration buyer is actually afraid of. The value is the wiring while it runs, not a hostage you cannot release. Nothing about your business gets trapped inside ours.

Questions, answered
What is AI integration?
It is embedding AI into the business systems you already run, your CRM, inbox, spreadsheets and tools, so the intelligence acts on your real data instead of in a separate window. The work is the connection: reading where the data lives, writing back where it belongs, and choosing what should talk to what. The model is the easy part now; the wiring is the job.
How is this different from just buying Zapier?
Zapier is the plumbing, and a fine piece of it. What we do is the part Zapier does not: deciding which connections are worth making and in what order, handling the messy edge cases your real data throws, and keeping the whole thing alive when a vendor changes their API. Zapier gives you reach across thousands of apps. We give you depth in the handful that actually run your business.
How much does AI integration cost?
A basic AI-to-system integration in this market runs from a few thousand into the tens of thousands, and our build tier starts at $2,500 near the bottom of that. Because an integration mostly earns its keep by staying alive, the ongoing side matters more here than on a one-off build: that is Growth Partner, an introductory $1,250 a month that renews at $2,500 a month, covering upkeep as your tools change. Scope sets the number, so we scope before we quote.
What are you leaving inside our systems, and how do we remove it?
Only what the integration needs: some app connections, a webhook or two, maybe a field added to your CRM and a service account in your name. Every one of them is written down, and if we part ways we hand you the exact list to switch off. Nothing hides, and nothing is built so that removing us breaks the systems you already had.
What access do you need, and does our data leave?
We ask for the narrowest permissions the job needs, in your own accounts, and the admin stays with you. The connections run where your systems already run, so the day-to-day data does not get shipped somewhere new. Whatever we do handle during the work is covered by our privacy policy, which sets out plainly what we hold and how you get it back or deleted. If your sector has rules of its own, tell us on the first call.
What happens when a sync fails halfway?
That is the real risk with integration, and we design for it rather than hope. Connections are built to be safe to retry, so a half-finished sync does not leave two systems disagreeing or a record written twice. When something does go wrong, it fails loudly with a log you can see, not silently, and the read-only first step is there precisely so the dangerous cases show up before anything writes.
Should we wire this in or replace the system?
Sometimes the honest answer is replace. If the system you want to connect is old, closed or barely holding together, wiring AI onto it is lipstick on a problem, and you would spend more keeping the integration alive than a fresh build would cost. When that is the case we say so, and it becomes a custom build instead. Integration is the right call when the system underneath is sound and just is not talking to anything.
