Privacy Policy

• We only collect what you actively give us: your idea, your answers, and your email and phone if you share them.
• Your idea is sent to an AI model to produce your audit. Your contact details never go with it.
• Leads are stored in our database so we can follow up on your request. That is all they are used for.
• We use privacy-respecting analytics to learn which pages help founders, we ask European visitors first, and we never sell your data.

Fallback Labs is a startup platform built in the UAE. We help founders establish their company, build their product AI-first, and grow it with AI agents that handle marketing, content, SEO and ads. We operate from Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Morristown, New Jersey, United States; both offices are listed at the bottom of this page. In this policy, "Fallback Labs", "we" and "us" means both.

Everything we hold about you came from something you chose to send:

• The idea audit. Your one-line idea, your answers to a few follow-up questions, the verdict your audit produced, when you submitted, and your email and phone number if you chose to leave them.
• The company setup flow. Your answers about residency, partners, visas, workspace and business activity, used to prepare your quote and licence recommendation.
• Direct contact. If you email us, call us, or book a call, we keep that correspondence like any business would.

Beyond the privacy-respecting analytics described further down, we do not collect anything behind your back. No device fingerprinting, and no data bought from brokers.

The free idea audit is generated by an AI model. When you use it, we send the model your idea and your answers, and nothing else. Never your name, your email or your phone number. The model returns the audit you see on screen.

We currently use Google's Gemini API for this step. The exact provider can change as we improve the product, and this policy covers whichever provider we use. On our side, your idea is used to produce your audit and to follow up with you about your own request, and for nothing else. We do not use it for training, we do not show it to other users, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the systems that produce your audit. Your idea stays yours.

Funnel submissions are stored in Baserow, our database provider, and the website runs on our hosting provider's infrastructure. Both are established services with their own security and privacy commitments. Access on our side is limited to the founders.

Establish, Build and Grow engagements go deeper than the website, so here is how we treat your data there:

• Build.We create AI-first products and set up a company brain that learns from your business data and gets sharper over time. Your data trains your brain only. We never mix one client's data into another client's systems.
• Grow. Our agents run ads, marketing, SEO, local SEO, content and blogs using the accounts you connect for us. We use that access to do the work you hired us for, and nothing else.
• When we part ways. At the end of an engagement we hand over, return or delete your data as you direct. Everything in your brain is yours: what you put into it, and everything it learned about your business while it worked. The brain structure stays ours, licensed to you, the same split our pricing sets out.

• Sell your data, to anyone, for any price.
• Share your idea or your details with advertisers or data brokers.
• Send your contact details to AI model providers.
• Spam you. If you leave your number, we contact you about your own request.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages actually help founders, so we can keep making the site better. It sets one analytics cookie and records anonymous usage, like which pages you open and roughly where you are, at the country level. It never receives your name, email, phone, or your idea; those live only in our own systems.

If you visit from the EU, the EEA, or the UK, we ask first: nothing is stored until you accept the banner, and declining is a real option. Everywhere else, analytics runs by default, and you can always tell us to stop by emailing kashif@fallbacklabs.com. We do not run advertising or retargeting trackers on the site today. If we add ad measurement when we begin advertising, we will update this page before it goes live.

Leads and funnel submissions are kept while they are useful for the conversation you started, and deleted when you ask or when they are clearly stale. Client engagement data is kept for the length of the engagement and handled per contract after that.

Email kashif@fallbacklabs.comfrom the address you used with us and tell us what you want: a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. We handle it within a few business days. This applies to everyone, whether the UAE's data protection law, Europe's GDPR, or a US state law applies to you. We will not make you cite a statute to get your own data.

Our services are made for adults building businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
