Blog Writing Services
Don't buy another batch of posts. Own the system, or hire the writers.
Most content services never check what you already rank for. Ours briefs every article against a keyword ledger that installs into your Claude or Codex.

Why we invented a brain and a team for blog writing.
Most blog writing services sell words by the batch. A topic list, a word count, an invoice, and no memory of what your site already ranks for. The expensive failure in content is invisible: a new post that goes nowhere because it is fighting one of your own pages for the same keyword. Nobody invoices you for that. It just quietly costs you.
So we built both halves. The Marketing Brain plugs straight into your Claude or Codex, one-time, and holds which page owns which keyword, where your own pages compete with each other, and a dated record of every decision and its rollback. The Blogs Team reads the brain before it writes, ships articles briefed against the keyword ledger, and writes back what happened, so month two starts smarter than month one.
The labour is split on purpose. The SEO Team does the plan, the keywording and the technical analysis. The Blogs Team does the writing, and it reads the Website Brain as well as the Marketing Brain before it starts. The split matters because checking what you already rank for is the first step of the method here, not an afterthought.
The brain is updated every month, dated and sourced. It never publishes, posts or touches your live accounts. It advises and remembers, which is the one thing a per-word service cannot sell you.
Watch it work: a post that never fights your own pages.
One brain, many teams
Write a post about AI marketing agencies.
The brain says your Grow page already owns that keyword. A new post would fight it, so the Blog Team gets a brief for a real gap instead.
Did it work?
The new post is getting found, and your Grow page held its spot. Both are in the ledger now, so the next call is faster.

How an article gets made.
Five steps, in the order they happen. The ledger check comes first, every time.
01
Ledger check
Before a topic is approved, the keyword ledger says which page already owns it. A post that would fight your own pages does not get written.
02
Brief
Target keyword, outline, internal links, word count and template, fixed before drafting starts. The SEO Team's plan decides what the article must do.
03
Write
The Blogs Team drafts answer-first, with sourced statistics, and a chart or image where one earns its place.
04
Validate
Every claim is checked against its cited source and the on-page elements go through a pass or fail checklist. A failed draft gets fixed, not shipped.
05
Record
The article ships with schema and images, and the decision is written back to the brain, so month two starts smarter than month one.
Nine brains. One memory.
Blog writing runs on the Marketing Brain, and the Blogs Team reads the Website Brain too. All nine brains share one memory of your business, so what the blog learns about which keywords are owned and which topics pull their weight sharpens your SEO, your ads and the rest of the Grow side.
Three of the nine work the Build side: Website, Gen AI and Cybersecurity, where your product and your systems get made.

SEO first, priced in the open. The rest of the system comes with it.
Set it up once
$200 the Marketing Brain, one-time
The keyword ledger your articles get briefed against, installed into your Claude or Codex. Add any of the other brains later, $200 each. No monthly fee.
Run it with you
$1,250 a month, introductory
Renewing at $2,500 a month. You start at $1,250 a month introductory. The plan and the writing shipped for you every month, and the rest of the system comes with it: all nine brains and their teams, operated with a person steering.
Who this is not for.
- Anyone shopping for a guaranteed ranking or a promised traffic number. Nobody honest can sell you one, and we will not pretend otherwise.
- Anyone who wants a hundred cheap posts by Friday. Volume without a ledger is how a site ends up competing with itself.
- Anyone who needs the writing to be secretly human. The drafts are AI-written, machine-validated and human-steered, and we say so on the page.
Questions, answered
How much do blog writers charge?
Most services price per word or per post, and the range is wide enough to be useless. We do not price per word at all. You can own the system for $200 one-time: the Marketing Brain, installed into your Claude or Codex, with the Blogs Team run by your own operator. Managed is $1,250 a month introductory, renewing at $2,500 a month, which covers all nine brains and their teams with a person steering.
Isn't this AI-written content? Won't Google penalise it?
The drafts are AI-written and we say so plainly. Each article is then machine-validated: claims checked against their cited sources, on-page elements run through a pass or fail checklist, a person steering throughout. Google's own guidance rewards quality regardless of how content is produced; it has never been a byline test. That is not a promise of immunity, and anyone offering one is guessing. Thin content gets punished whoever wrote it.
What is a keyword ledger?
It is the part of the Marketing Brain that records which page owns which keyword, where your own pages compete with each other, and a dated record of every decision and its rollback. Every article is briefed against it before a word is drafted, so a new post never fights your own pages. Most content services never run this check, which is how a site ends up competing with itself.
How many posts a month do I get?
The cadence is agreed on the call, not printed here, because the right number depends on your ledger: how many keywords sit unclaimed, and how much existing content needs fixing before anything new deserves to exist. A fixed posts-per-month quota is how services end up shipping filler. We would rather write fewer articles that each own a keyword than hit a number for the invoice.
Do you guarantee rankings or traffic?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Google sells no guarantees and neither do the AI answer engines, so nobody downstream can honestly offer one. What we promise is that you see the same numbers we see: the post scores, the audits, the ledger and a dated record of every decision, held in a brain you own.
Can I really run it myself?
Yes. The brains install into Claude or Codex, your operator gets trained, and you run the same system we use, at your own pace. Writing is a friendly place to start because the validation is blunt: a draft either passes the checklist or it does not. It still takes a person who will own it. An hour here and there is enough to steer, but someone has to steer. If nobody can, that is what the managed door is for.
Can I start on my own and switch to managed later?
Yes, in either direction. The brain is yours from day one, and everything the team does is written back into it, so nothing is lost in the handover. Move to managed and we pick up the ledger you were already running. Leave managed and the memory stays with you, dated and sourced. Switching costs you a conversation, not a migration.
Do you handle the blog end to end?
The plan, the keywording, the briefs, the writing, the validation, the schema and the images, yes. The SEO Team does the plan and the technical analysis, the Blogs Team does the writing, and on managed a person steers both. The brain itself never publishes and never touches your live accounts; it advises and remembers. How finished articles reach your CMS is agreed on the call.
Why is writing a separate team from SEO?
Because they are different jobs, and one team doing both is how quality slips. The SEO Team owns the plan, the keywording and the technical analysis. The Blogs Team owns the writing, briefed against what that work found, and it reads the Website Brain as well as the Marketing Brain, so an article knows your pages, not just your keywords. Blended services tend to produce keyword-stuffed prose or pretty posts that rank for nothing.
