Local SEO Services

Don't rent another local SEO dashboard. Own the system, or hire the people who run it.

Most local SEO services are monthly retainers you can never quite leave. Ours is a one-time payment that installs into your Claude or Codex.

Why we invented a brain and a team for local search.

A local SEO agency sells you a retainer and a monthly PDF. A local SEO tool rents you a dashboard. Neither remembers your business: what your real phone number is, which directory still lists the old one, where you actually stood on the map last quarter. Cancel either and the knowledge leaves with it.

So we built both halves. The Local SEO Brain plugs straight into your Claude or Codex, one-time, and holds your canonical name, address and phone, what each directory actually lists, and your map position by grid point. It is updated every month, dated and sourced.

The SEO Team reads the brain before it acts and writes back what happened. Three brains, in fact: Marketing, Local SEO and Website. It ships the growth plan, the keyword workbook behind it, the on-page work, and your map fix list, so month two starts smarter than month one.

One concession before the pitch. Proximity carries real weight in the map pack and nobody can move your building. Everything else you can control, and most businesses control none of it. That is the gap we work.

Watch it work: the map problem, found and fixed.

Three phases, in order

Month 1

Why aren't we showing up on Google Maps?

import: citations.csvread: local-seo-brain/audits

Three directories disagree about your phone number, and the website under them is thin. Fix order: website first, then your Google profile, then the listings.

Month 2

What changed since?

import: map-scan.csvwrote back: action-roadmap

Your Google profile got the full pass, and the directories now agree about you. Google trusts what it reads, so this month's scan shows you in the top three in more parts of the city.

How our local SEO services run.

Five steps, in order. The brain remembers all of them.

01

Baseline

Your map position by grid point and what searchers see today, recorded before we change anything. Google Maps SEO measured, not guessed.

02

Record

Your canonical name, address and phone, set against what each directory actually lists. Google, Bing, Apple and OpenStreetMap checked, every mismatch logged.

03

Plan

The growth plan and the keyword workbook behind it: which local searches matter, and which page will own each one.

04

Fix

The on-page work and your map fix list. Location pages, local schema and listing corrections, shipped in priority order.

05

Watch

Baselines catch regressions and the monthly retrain keeps the brain current, dated and sourced. You see the same numbers we see: Search Console, GA4, DataForSEO, PageSpeed and CrUX.

Nine brains. One memory.

The Local SEO Brain is one of nine, and the nine share one memory of your business. What local search learns sharpens the rest: once the brain settles your canonical name, address and phone, every other team writes from that same record instead of guessing.

Three of the nine work the Build side: Website, Gen AI and Cybersecurity, where your product and your systems get made.

Who this is not for.

  • Anyone shopping for a guaranteed map pack position. Nobody honest can sell you one, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Questions, answered

How much do local SEO services cost?

Ours are printed: $200 one-time for the Local SEO Brain, which installs into your Claude or Codex and has no monthly fee. Managed is $1,250 a month introductory, renewing at $2,500 a month, which covers all nine brains and their teams with a person steering. Most of the industry makes you book a call to hear a number. We would rather you compare prices you can actually see.

What is local SEO?

Local SEO is the work of being found by people searching near you: the map pack, Google Maps, directory listings and the location pages on your own site. It differs from ordinary SEO because Google weighs where the searcher stands, so a consistent name, address and phone across the web matters as much as content.

We already have a Google Business Profile. Why would we need this?

So does everyone else in the map pack. The profile is table stakes; the fight is over what every other directory thinks your phone number is. The Local SEO Brain holds your canonical name, address and phone, what each directory actually lists, and your map position by grid point, so mismatches get found and stay fixed instead of resurfacing every quarter.

How do you get a business into the map pack?

By working the signals you control and measuring the ones you cannot. Proximity is weighted heavily and nobody can move your building. What remains is a clean profile, a consistent record across directories, location pages worth ranking, and review signals, which is the work the team ships. We track your position by grid point, so you see movement street by street, not as one vague average.

Do you guarantee map pack rankings?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Google does not sell map pack positions and no local SEO company controls the algorithm. What we promise is that you see the same numbers we see: Search Console, GA4 and your grid-point map position, updated every month, dated and sourced.

Can I really run it myself?

Yes. The Local SEO Brain installs into your Claude or Codex, your operator gets trained, and you run the same system we use at your own pace. It takes a person who will actually own it: an hour here and there is enough to steer, but someone has to steer. If nobody on your team can, that is what the managed door is for.

What if I start on my own and want to switch to managed later?

Switch whenever you like. The brain is yours either way, so nothing gets rebuilt and nothing gets lost: managed picks up the same memory you were running, with every listing fix and decision already recorded. It works in the other direction too. Leave managed and you keep the brain, the record, and everything the work wrote back.

How is this different from a local SEO tool?

A tool rents you a dashboard and forgets you the day you cancel. The brain is a one-time purchase that lives in your Claude or Codex and holds the record itself: your canonical name, address and phone, what each directory actually lists, and your map position by grid point, updated every month, dated and sourced. Stop paying a tool and the data goes dark. Stop paying us and the brain stays yours.

We have several locations and some are service-area only. Does this still work?

Yes. The skills that do the work detect the business type, storefront, service area or hybrid, and cover multi-location SEO directly. Each location needs its own clean record and its own page, which is exactly what the record and fix steps produce. What we will not do is invent an address you do not have. Fake listings are not a strategy.
