AI Sales Coach
Don't send another guess. Put a coach between your scripts and your prospects.
Most sales coaching AI wants to roleplay a prospect or dial one. Ours is a one-time payment that reviews your outreach before it goes out, installed into your Claude or Codex.

Why we built a coach that reviews, not a bot that sends.
AI sales tools race to act. They want to dial and send for you, and you learn what was wrong with the script after the whole list has heard it. An AI sales assistant executes; a coach reviews. We built the coach.
So the AI Sales Coach is a pre-flight checker. It reads your marketing campaigns, your email outreach and your cold call scripts before they go out, and tells you where a prospect will stall. It is not a roleplay simulator and it is not a dialer. It never touches your list, your inbox or your phone system, and it runs beside whatever already does the sending.
The Sales Brain is the half you own. It holds the objection and negotiation library for your market, each claim tagged by how strong the evidence behind it is, and it installs into your Claude or Codex, one-time. There is no separate team product here: the brain and its skills do the coaching, and each skill reads the brain before it acts and writes back what happened, so month two starts smarter than month one.
The refusal to send is not a gap we plan to fix. It is written into the skill itself: no automated outreach mutation, a human keeps the send decision. A coach that grabs the wheel has stopped coaching.
The brain and its skills.
There is no separate Sales Team product. The Sales Brain carries its own commands and the coaching runs through them. The manifest describes it as "a source-cited Obsidian brain for evidence-based selling and per-vertical sales playbook generation".
sales-brain ingestBrings a source file into the vault and records the evidence in the source ledger. The rule behind it is blunt: no claim without a dated, credible primary source and a confidence tag.
sales-brain synthesizeTurns the ingested sources into the working brain. The manifest's scope covers buyer psychology, qualification, pipeline and channel playbooks, objection and negotiation, and a reusable vertical template engine.
sales-brain lintChecks the vault. The skill's standing gate applies throughout: refuse invented data, mark no-data and stop rather than guess a number, price, or result.
sales-brain newScaffolds a fresh vault for a client, owner on record.
sales-brain reportRenders the brain report from the vault.
sales-brain visualsGenerates the vault's visuals.
sales-brain nextGuides the operator's next action.
The manifest sets its own refresh calendar: monthly for deliverability and platform-policy claims, quarterly for psychology and methodology evidence, and a fresh check of regulatory text before every release. Skills can run on a schedule, autonomously, a weekly vault lint for instance, or the operator runs them by hand.
How the coaching runs.
Five steps. None of them send anything.
01
Library
The objection and negotiation library for your market gets built first, each claim tagged by how strong the evidence behind it is. No claim goes in without a dated, credible source.
02
Playbook
The brain ships a playbook for your vertical, answers to the objections that stall deals, and a country by country check on the channels you sell through.
03
Review
Sales script review, cold email review, cold call script review. Everything goes past the coach before it goes to a prospect, checked against the library rather than against whoever spoke loudest in the deal review.
04
Send
You send with the tools you already use. The coach plugs in beside them and never dials, posts or submits anything itself.
05
Record
What stalled and what closed gets written back into the brain, updated every month, dated and sourced, so month two starts smarter than month one.
Nine brains. One memory.
The Sales Brain runs this page. It is one of nine that share a single memory of your business, so the objections your coach logs sharpen your ads, your emails and your SEO, and what those functions learn sharpens the coach.
Three of the nine work the Build side: Website, Gen AI and Cybersecurity, where your product and your systems get made.

$1,250 a month, introductory
Renewing at $2,500 a month. $1,250 a month while the introductory rate holds. Your campaigns, cold emails and call scripts reviewed before they go out, your playbook kept current, and the rest of the system included: all nine brains and their teams, run with a person steering.
Who this is not for.
- Anyone shopping for a roleplay simulator or a dialer. This coach reviews outreach before it goes out. It does not act out fake prospects and it does not place calls.
- Teams that want the sending automated too. A human keeps the send decision here, on purpose. If you want a robot on the trigger, that is a different product and we do not make it.
- Anyone who wants a guaranteed reply rate. Nobody honest can sell you one, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Questions, answered
What is an AI sales coach?
A reviewer for your outreach. Before a campaign, a cold email or a call script goes out, the coach reads it against the objection and negotiation library for your market, each claim tagged by evidence strength, and flags where a prospect will stall. It reviews; it does not execute. Nothing gets sent, dialed or posted by the coach, so it sits beside whatever already does the sending.
Will this replace my salespeople?
No. It reviews what your people are about to send and hands them answers to the objections that stall deals. The call still gets made by a person, the email still gets sent by a person, and the judgment on any specific deal stays with whoever owns it. Think of it as the colleague who reads your draft before the prospect does, not a replacement for the human in the deal.
Is this just a roleplay simulator?
No. Roleplay tools rehearse your reps against a fake prospect. This is a pre-send review of the real material: sales script review, cold email review, cold call script review, all done before anything reaches an actual buyer. Rehearsal has its place. We think the costlier mistakes sit in the material itself, and those are catchable before you send. That is the job this coach does.
What exactly can it review?
Marketing campaigns, email outreach and cold call scripts. If a piece of material is about to go in front of a buyer, it can go past the coach first. Each review checks the material against your vertical's playbook, the objections that stall deals, and the country by country read on your channels. What it will not do is send the material afterwards. That stays your job, in your tools.
My team already knows the objections. What does this add?
They know the ones they hear. Written down and tagged by how strong the evidence behind each answer is, those objections stop being folklore and start being training. A new rep gets the library on day one instead of picking it up by osmosis, and a cold call script review can point at a specific tagged claim rather than at somebody's memory of an old deal. That is what AI sales training should mean: your objections, your evidence.
Where do its answers come from?
From the objection and negotiation library the Sales Brain holds for your market, each claim tagged by how strong the evidence behind it is. The skill's own rule bans claims without a dated, credible source, and it refuses invented data outright: it marks no-data and stops rather than guess a number. The library is updated every month, dated and sourced, so the answers age with your market instead of freezing at install.
Do you guarantee better reply rates or more closed deals?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Reply rates depend on your list, your offer and your market, and no reviewer controls those. What we promise is that you see the same numbers we see: what was reviewed, what changed, what got sent and what came back. If the coaching is not earning its keep, the record will say so plainly.
What does it cost?
$200 one-time for the Sales Brain, which installs into your Claude or Codex and carries no monthly fee. The managed service is $1,250 a month at the introductory rate, renewing at $2,500 a month, and it includes all nine brains and their teams, operated with a person steering. The Sales Brain you buy outright is the same brain we operate on the retainer.
Can I really run it myself?
Yes. The brain installs into Claude or Codex, your operator gets trained, and you run the same reviews we run, at your own pace. It takes a person who will own it: an hour here and there is enough to steer, but someone has to steer. If nobody on your team can, the managed door is open, and switching later loses none of what you built. The brain is yours either way.
